Fixes #10. Also adds verbosity feature with k-mer count summing in multiprofile, Uses fileutil.open instead of calling the class directly. Adds some major changes to the distance method, specifically printing an improved tsv with full symmetry emulation and header printing (filename => os.path.basename(f).split('.')[0]).
