Allowing for multiple distinct ID maps

- Deserializing rdflib.Literal objects unfortunately requires
  doing a lexical->value space conversion. For 1000s of JSON literals, this process
  has real costs. The loading up the obj2int BTree caused lots of unnecessary
  deserialization. Cannot avoid the conversion without upstream changes, but this
  change at least allows to limit the cost of that particular case by allocating
  expensive Literals in their own series
