Move calendar into nepcal pkg and other improvements

* Calendar has a more ergonomic internal api. It works over an arbitrary
date, and ownership of state is clearer, as opposed to passing
parameters around all the time.
* Had several options for the external calendar API but for now I chose
to return a generic io.Reader for the Calendar, and CalendarNow methods
which is fairly easy to use (for instance using io.Copy)
* Other few improvements: variable names etc.
