Implement VCS source caching. Not for archives.

* Fix #21 Investigate Source Caching for Pakit
* Fix #35 Change Fetchable Interface
* Change to using `with` context methods instead of get_it method.
* __enter__ guarantees source avilable.
* __exit__ guarantees source is reset to clean state for VCS.
* For archives, __exit__ will simply purge the source tree.
* Improve error messages for extract methods that might
not be supported like 7z or rar.
* Recipe no longer implements `with` semantics.
* Add test coverage.
