Removed automatic registration with Hypothesis (#181)

DBC metaclass automatically registered with Hypothesis even though
Hypothesis was not used. This creates an unnecessary overhead so a hook
is provided to be monkey-patched downstream (*e.g.*, by
icontract-hypothesis).
