Removed matplotlib dependency - using pure wxPython for plotting.

+ Removed mpl references from build_executables.py
+ Removed mpl references from gui.py
+ Minor refactoring of ofx.py
  + should work with current version of parseofx.py now
+ Fixed parseofx.ParseOFX to correctly handle both ASCII and binary text files
+ Removed all mpl references from plots.py
  + Fixed beta API for wxPython.plots
  + Added some TODOs for things I had implemented in the mpl version of plots.
