Can set Snarl application password

A password is not automatically generated anymore.
It was causing problem when multiple instances of the same application were launched.
The second one could not register itself with Snarl while the first one was running (the generated
password could not be the same).

By default no password is used.
If you want to set one, use configuration key: notifier.snarl.appPassword
