Stricter logical string parsing; docs update

Logical string parsing has now been updated to interpret strings more
strictly. Instead of any value beginning with \.?[TtFt], we only accept
values of the form ('t', 'f', '.true'., '.false.') (case insensitive).

This should address most issues with non-delimited strings in namelists
beginning with 'T' or 'F', although pathological cases can still occur
(e.g. setting a string to 'true').

The less strict interpretation, following the Fortran standard, can be
restored by using the `strict_logical` flag with the `read` function.

The best solution is still to encapsulate strings with delimiters, but
this solution seems to be a good compromise.

Documentation has also been updated, and is nearly ready for release.
