942 - switch logging to scribe library (#949)

* Enable source location logging with logback

* Add a trace-calls flag to enable logging of each rpc call on batches

 * if the node definition flag is set to true, each request, response
   and payload is logged on a specific logger category
 * the resulting log is clearly overwhelmed by such entries: use when
   the indexer is stuck with no extra information or you need to peek
   in the rpc calls for a few levels, possibly

* Add the stacktrace to circe decoding errors before logging them

* Remove source-location references from logback patterns

 * it doesn't show anyway

* Convert logging to airframe for common and lorre modules

 * Define a common logging trait with pre-made configuration
 * Define a common super-trait for our scalatest suites, which enables
   proper scanning of logging configuration and collect the most
   commonly used test traits
 * Additional logging on lorre startup failures due to
   load failures for unprocessed accounts reset events
 * More details in big-map handling when logging unexpected cases
