Commit Message

Enable Terminal++ to be built with MSVC (#245)

* Terminal++ can now be built on MSVC.

This involved a couple of changes:
* Unicode string literals are now explicitly UTF-8 strings.
* The CMakeLists.txt file restricts some gnu-specific flags to relevant compilers.
* The type of a constant array was changed to match what was expected.  This removed a couple of warnings.
* Added an Appveyor script to check that Terminal++ works on MSVC for all future changes.
