Copyto (#82)

* implements copyto! for SnpBitMatrix, only handling additive models

* copyto for snpbitmatrix works for dominant and recessive models

* copyto for snplinalg

* some unit tests + code cleanup

* also add convert functions for SnpLinAlg and SnpBitMatrix

* update docs

* change SnpLinAlg's copyto and convert to use precomputed mean/std

* change snpbitmatrix copyto and convert as well

* update docs again
