feat: Add object-oriented layer for cluster-toolkit

* add default attributes to CLMModeling

* organize attributes of Modeling

* put cluster_toolkit in oo

* make ct be tested by test_clmm_modeling.test_instantiate

* add oo tests to test_modeling

* make Modeling classes adapt different Cosmology objects

* change checking of cosmology type to look at cosmo.backend

* rm import of CCLCosmology and NumCosmoCosmology into clmm/modbackend/cluster_toolkit.py

* move modeling oo tests into tests/test_modbackends_oo.py

* rm conversion of cosmology

* Âmove oo tests into test_modeling

* update Text in examples/Example2_Fit_Halo_Mass_to_Shear_Catalog_oo.ipynb

* update examples/demo_modeling_functionality_oo.ipynb

* restrict einasto and hernquist for ccl>=10

* Increase version number
