Add suggested suffix (#44)

* In case of overload, compute suggered suffix to be use by some language

* fix tests

* add a check on proto["features"] to be sure it's a dict and not an array (transfert value already there)

* add test to please the coverage

* add more test to please coverage on go

* if clang-format not detected, fail silently

* add installation for go in readme.md

* Implement route feature support for constructors.
