Test with node v4 using Docker; upgrade node deps

- use `docker-compose run agenda npm install` to
  install node_modules using linux with latest node.
- use `docker-compose up` to run all of the tests
- mongodb is linked to the agenda container, so minor
  configuration tweaks in test allow it to use the linked
  server container
