Aasm integration 13 (#107)

* Began building state machines with aasm

* Added 2 new dependencies one required by aasm to be used with active record

* Added another dependency to allow use of postgres enum types without having to modify schema.rb output

* Building out transition events and guard clauses for the workflow processing/publishing state

* Added callbacks to the workflowable concern to automatically trigger transition events if applicable

* Implemented derivatives_complete? method for FileSet subclasses

* Added new fixture files

* Set up after commit background job for processing derivatives

* Edited publish event to transition back to draft if the guard clause in the above transition fails

* Updated shoulda-matchers for active storage matchers

* Added missing metastreamable_basic example to file sets

* Fixed syntax error in puma config
