Update TCX script to recent FIT-to-TCX changes

FIT-to-TCX was recently improved and now features a setup.py script that
installs a `fittotcx` binary. This commit fixes the convert to tcx
script to use that new binary. This also means that you don't have to
point out where your `fittotcx.py` script is placed anymore!
