Refactoring for compliance with the new API, store, service, controller and manager patterns. (#195)

* Cleaned up API and the store.

* Converted service

* Humpty-dumpty compiles

* Added store test

* Added service test

* Removed controller for now

* Hooked-in the old device service

* Re-worked the bulk YAML load to use individual calls for now

* Fixed log message

* Put back the deprecated CLI load YAML command; it's still used by Helm charts

* Removed the deprecated command for loading YAML again
