Check Proton installation dependencies

Newer versions of Proton rely on separate Steam Runtimes, which are
installed as Steam apps instead of being located in a hardcoded path.
Add `SteamApp.required_tool_app` parameter that will allow the required
app to be referenced later on.

One example is  Proton 5.13, which relies on new Steam Runtime Soldier,
which also behaves differently from the original Steam Runtime in that
it uses bwrap rather than the more simple LD_LIBRARY_PATH approach that
Protontricks currently supports. Proper support will be added in later
commits.
