finish impl of exclude uploaded, remove title trailing whitespace

the trailing whitespace in dataset names (which occures in more than
one dataset!!!) breaks the code for accessing alternate data streams
on windows NTFS files system, which breaks the curation pipelines,
figuring out how to deal with names that have trailing whitespace is
probably a good idea so that the ADS doesn't break, but trailing
whitespace on a file system path is a sure path to insanity
