Mty/usage app name (#220)

The active app name was not being properly propagated through argparse
to the usage instructions.

Also, application names should be the same as the command invoked to run the
app itself, so it should be "armi", instead of the capitalized "ARMI".
Also adds a docstring for the `name` class attribute so that it is more
clear.
