Added bibliography to appendix with HMC and Ansible items

Details:

* Added a section 'Bibliography' to the appendix, which contains a RST
  glossary for the bibliography items. This allows referencing them
  using :term:.

* Added the HMC WS API books as items into that glossary.

* Changed the sections for various ansible links to become items
  in the bibliography glossary.
