Fix bug of SUICIDE on fork :

 + The best way to describe the bug is to ask the question:
 should the details of the contract be completely removed ?
 The answer is not so simple: for first glance yes if the contract
 did SUICIDE, but what if the transaction executed on the fork ?
  so the next run will require the details of the before SUICIDE
   contract. For that reason the details will remain for ever in
    the db , and the existence of the contract will be decidec by
     account state.
