[ADD] Forecasting module improves about menus and security: - [ADD] add new menu ``Settings > Technical > Forecasting`` that show all the   forecasting records in the system without any domain. - [ADD] update the Forecasting groups name to show propertly in the User form   view. - [ADD] Update the mdodule description with the information of how configurate   the user to use the module new features and about the new forecasting menu.
