* OAuthPrompt.RecognizeTokenAsync checks for null .text now; OAuthPrompt test added

* Cleanup comments in OAuthPrompt test

* Removed unnecessary BotCallbackHandler logic

* Started OAuthInput test (needs sign-in check work still)

* Send message w/attachment instead of CustomEvent in script

* Finished successful login in OAuthInput test

* Use IsNullOrEmpty for null check

* Renamed test to say WithNullMessageText instead of WithNullTextMessage
