Improvements in docs build

Details:

* Used -b option instead of undocumented -M option, which has the positive
  side effect of generating the .html files directly in docs.

* Added -v to Sphinx options.

* Removed the .html file of the modules_support.rst file that had been
  removed earlier.

* Disabled html_static_path in conf.py to avoid warning.
