Commit Message

Multiple changes to galaxy.xml.

The following changes are implemented:
- Change the list of files in build_ignore section of the galaxy.xml
  to make sure the collection passes the Galaxy upload tests.
- Change the links: docs to GitHub pages and the homepage to
  the GitHub repo.
