I think these are all effected fixers for
https://wiki.php.net/rfc/throw_expression

However maybe the Yoda fixer is effected somehow but I couldn't come up with a case for it. This seems dead code: https://github.com/FriendsOfPHP/PHP-CS-Fixer/blob/v2.15.9/src/Fixer/ControlStructure/YodaStyleFixer.php#L471
