Fix failing tests on Ruby <2.1 due to YAML regression

YAML is Ruby versions less than 2.1 do not wrap strings in double quotes,
However versions >= 2.1 do. This was causing failing tests. Changed test
to remove the hardcoded YAML and generate on the fly each time using the
current Ruby.

Bump version to 0.1.4 and add Ruby 1.9.3 testing to Travis CI.
Specify Ruby 1.9.3 as required version in gemspec
