Refactor greenlet handling and fix related bugs (#493)

* Properly expose wrapped class attributes from conpot_protocol

* Move protocol name/class mapping to central location

* Add greenlet helper to unify greenlet start/stop flow

* Add dedicated script to run single protocol

* Test start/stop flow of all protocols

* Make protocol tests use unified server/greenlet spawning method

* Properly shut down greenlets
