Fix generated functions (#42)

* Read images from the assets dir instead of priv

This is necessary because images aren't necessarily in the priv dir
during compile time, they will be copied their by the user's javascript
build tool (webpack, brunch).

This also removes the need to set the otp_app when calling the module's
`using/1` macro.
