Preparation for SpaceX API v4 support (#82)

#### Why?
- SpaceX API now has a [V4](https://github.com/r-spacex/SpaceX-API/blob/master/docs/v4/README.md) available.
- In order to make this gem support the v4 endpoints, we should be able to pass v4 path as a parameter
- That way, we can continue to support v3 as well as v4 API endpoints

#### Description
- Updated BaseRequest to accept a version parameter which we will then append to the base endpoint path
- Updated related specs
