Merge branch 'feature/Set_Authentication_Scheme' into dev

* feature/Set_Authentication_Scheme:
  Loose some complexity in the HttpClientRequestExecutor on the signer.
  Removed a use statement
  removed un-needed private variable.
  Moving where the logic is for a default RequestSigner
  Removed Variable that is no longer used.
  Moved request signer resolver to ClientBuilder
  setting api key properties on a test.
  Allow passing Authentication Scheme to Client.
  Refactor
  PSR-2 Updates
  PSR-2 Fixes
  Add Tests to test different signers
  Give a way to get the used signer
  Use the injected signer
  Add Basic Signer and create interface
  Allow setting authentication scheme
  Rename SAuthc1 Signer to follow naming conventions
  Add Schemes as constants in Stormpath.php
  Update Readme to show use of setting authentication scheme
