Use CocoaPods trunk CDN (#734)

* Use CocoaPods trunk repo, not development

Instead of using the development CocoaPods repository from GitHub, use
CocoaPods trunk CDN. This significantly improves build times because
it's not necessary to download a Git repo with a metric gazillion of
teeny-tiny spec files that we have absolutely no use for.

* Do not cache CocoaPods stuff on GHA

Since now the repo download is reasonably fast, we no longer need to
cache CocoaPods directory manually before doing a repo update. Updating
the trunk CDN usually takes at most 30 seconds.
