api: claim submission form and api links

* Adds two extra buttons in the homepage. One will open a newly created
  form to submit claims, the other one will simply list the claims.
  (closes #26)

* Makes clickable the URL information for all GET resources in the API
  page.

* Adds bootstrap3-typeahead library in order to provide autocomplete
  in the Identifier Type fields when submitting a claim. We should
  install it using Bower in the near future.
