Make failures more graceful

Improve error handling for DNC contacts. Now instead of throwing an
exception and crashing your program willy-nilly, a list of errors is
returned along with a list of successes.

For other bulk actions, exceptions will still be thrown, but only after
all successfull bulk actions have succeeded.
