* go.mod go.sum: fix m-lab/go and update other deps

This diff ensures that we use the correct version of m-lab/go,
which is 0.1.43. Since when this repository has been created, the
m-lab team regenerated versions for m-lab/go to keep it a member
of unstableland (and rightfully so). Only problem is that now all
the dependants need to forcefully repin version.

While there, update all the other dependencies to their respective
latest version, because there's not reason to avoid doing that, also
considering that I don't see any major version changes here.
