* Enforce nonzero duration on non-grace notes when quantized

* Import zero duration MIDI notes as grace notes

* Removing forceSource=True

If you need to forceSource to make tests pass, before committing final version, remove it and feel free to update the minor version of music21 in __version__.py and single test in base.py to make older sources recompute
