* LTI-110: Sort recording formats alphabetically

* LTI-108: Truncate room desc. on meeting create

When creating a meeting in BBB, the parameters include a description based on the room description.
It is truncated to 128 chars such that it doesn't break the URL request and so that the recording doesn't have a very long description.
