* Add 'bin' field to package.json
* Add more default options
* Add option for client to write to file or print to output
* Create .travis.yml and add tests for other node versions
* Allow for multiple requests, notifications or subscriptions along with multiple params
* Allow subscriptions to be made along with a request or notification
* Add headers option for http requests
