Create About page to explain each of the project's role in the DeepCell ecosystem. (#128)

* Add `About` component and create routes.

* Update `@material-ui` versions to use the `Accordion`.

* Use `@svgr/webpack` to compile SVG files into React components.

* Fix a couple errors in `Typography` components.

* Fix `/upload` route which was missing an `await`.

* scale the PNG image using a Container object and maxWidth=100%

* reworking the text.

* remove stale section

* fix typos

* fix module mapper to mock image loading
