* install tsfmt and add formatting vscode settings.

* fix formatting issues.

* Upgrade eslint packages to latest.

* apply eslint auto-fixes to whole project.

* Fix manual eslint issues.

* remove recommended "mocha-sidebar" extension

* remove mocha workspace settings (they're not used)

* tweak loop message

* fix lint issue.
