feat(cli): Add groups for creating and editing models

This commit adds two new groups for creating models  and editing their geometry.

The create group houses methods for creating model JSONs for typical geometry cases like shoe boxes, rectangles and (eventually), regular polygons, L and H-shaped plans, etc.

The edit group houses methods for solving adjacency, converting units, generating windows by ratio, generating overhangs.
