Bump grgit from 2.3.0 to 4.1.0 (#10)

## Description
The old version of `grgit` can pull in a old version of `org.apache.httpcomponents:httpclient:` that is causing issues with `atlas-secrets`

> NoSuchMethodException was thrown when disabling normalizeUri. This indicates you are using an old version (< 4.5.8) of Apache http client
