Merge pull request #167 from krocard/fix_compilation_on_windows

Fix compilation on windows

I found several problem when enabling windows compilation.
- use of pthead lib => replaced by c++11 threads
- idem for mutexes
- wrong compilation flags for MS compiler
- replace 'and' by &&

The whole thing does not compile yet, but those patches are needed
