Add support for prefixing function references not used in a function call (#12)

* Add `prefixMatching` ropm option.

* update changelog for v0.6.0

* Rename option to `functionReferenceMatching`

* Throw better errors when cwd is invalid/missing

* rename index.d.s to index.ts
