Test: Aligned qualifier definitions in test MOF with CIM Schema

Details:

* The following alignments are related to issue #788 but did not cause test failures
with the upcoming pywbem 1.1.0 version. Rather, they have been made for consistency
  with the CIM Schema.

  - Changed the Experimental qualifier in qualifier_filter_model.mof to
have flavors (EnableOverride, Restricted). It previously had
    flavors (DisableOverride, ToSubclass).

  - Changed the Indication qualifier in qualifier_filter_model.mof to
have a default value of False. It previously had a default value of True.
This did not lead to an error but is still incorrect because it means that
all classes are by default indications.
