* docker support initial commit

* draft docker build file

* standalone eva instance docker iamge

* update readme for building docker image

* add antlr4 parser as docker build step

* separate dockerfile for building cpu,gpu docker images

* docker compose file for standing up testing

* change eva global config for connecting to mysql

* fix testing failure due to path

* update README to run docker testing

* change name to test

* go back to localhost

* hack the travis test by using sed to set eva.yml

* add missing

* add simple installation instruction
