* Improved readme and custom preset examples
* Added custom host configuration in docker-compose.
* enableDispatcherInputAuditing disabled by default
* Automatic resolving the roles based on the api, harvesting and voting flags.
* Not creating or announcing voting keys when voting is disabled
* Not creating or announcing vrd keys when harvesting is disabled
* Added votingKeyDilution, votingKeyStartEpoch votingKeyEndEpoch preset params linked to voting key generation and tree file
Added automatic padding to voting keys.
Voting, signing and VRF keys, transactions and tree file are generated and announced when required depending on the node role.
