Heimdall (#32)

* Add heimdall.detect() alias for heimdall.hasAccess()

* Add heimdall.printPit() (mostly untested)

* Add heimdall.flash and heimdall.flashArray (untested)

* Return sanitation

* Make heimdall.flash a convenience alias for heimdall.flashAll

* Start heimdall flash tests

* Remove use of Array.prototype.flat() to maintain compatibility with older nodejs versions
