🐛 Adopt a safer signature recognition on array and set (#1012)

The recent addition of a constraints-based signature on array and set, may break existing code if it uses undefined at some point not to set stuff.

For instance, in the previous minor:
`fc.array(arb, undefined, undefined)` would have been equivalent to `fc.array(arb)`

Indeed or previous version was just checking for nullity of our parameters but never did checks over the number of receive parameters.
While the case of receiving trailing undefined at the end of our args should be rare (or null), I prefer not having this risk of regression.
